We start from the bottom up, removing existing roof material and replacing rotted roof decking.
We install a drip edge over the high-quality plywood decking to redirect water to your gutters.
We added an ice and water shield above the drip edge to protect the roof from ice and water damage.
Next, we add a synthetic underlayment, adding an extra protection layer over the roof decking.
We then add a layer of starter shingles to create a watertight seal at the edge of your roof.
